Whey Protein Smoothie

This smoothie can replace a meal or service as a great post-workout snack. Whey protein powder is one of the most absorbable sources of protein on the planet.  1 Whey Protein Powder
 1 cup Organic Frozen (or fresh) Berries* (or mixture of berries and other fruit)
 2 tsp Cold milled flax seed OR 1T flax seed and 1T hemp hearts**
 1 cup Almond Milk, Light Coconut Milk or other milk substitute
 ½ Banana (can be frozen)
 34 Ice Cubes
 Optional: Handful of organic spinach, kale or other green***
 Optional: Organic greens powder ***
 Optional: Bee pollen
 Optional: Cacao nibs
 Optional: Frozen Wheatgrass cubes
 Optional: Maca Powder
 Optional: Avocado
 Optional: Nut butter or nuts and seeds
