Banana “Ice Cream” Variations

People love ice cream, and this tastes close enough to the real thing to fool everyone, including kids. Use recipes below or make up your own using your favorite add-ins. Each recipe makes approximately 2 servings. I use my Nutribullet for this, but you can use a food processor or a high speed blender such as Vitamix, Blendtec or Ninja.

Peanut Butter & Honey Banana Ice Cream
1 ½ Peeled medium bananas, sliced into coins and frozen until solid
 3 tbsp Peanut butter
 2 tsp Honey
Nutella Banana Ice Cream
1 ½ Peeled medium bananas, sliced into coins and frozen until solid
34 tbsp Nutella or other hazelnut-chocolate spread (I would not buy Nutella myself, as it has undesirable ingredients, there are better alternatives available)

1 ½ Peeled medium bananas, sliced into coins and frozen until solid
3 tbsp Unsweetened organic cocoa powder
2 tbsp Organic cream or full fat coconut milk
 ½ tsp Vanilla extract
