Baked Bananas
While a high sugar fruit, bananas have vitamins, minerals and fiber. So a banana dessert is preferable to one made with refined ingredients and/or sugar. Yields 4-6 servings.
4 Firm bananas
1 tsp Coconut oil
1 Piece grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp Cinnamon
½ tbsp Nutmeg
½ cup Raisins

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Peel and cut bananas in half, lengthwise

Oil a baking pan and arrange bananas

Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins

Cover and bake for 10 -15 mins
